I'm Sharn, a Mindset and Wellbeing Coach and founder of Breathe Again Coaching.

I specialise in supporting women who feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck and are ready to find the calm and freedom beyond anxiety, shame & guilt.

My work centres on healing, growth, renewal and letting go. So you can can meet life from inner safety and a grounded nervous system.

Confidence, clarity and calm are not outcomes to be achieved or objects to be obtained. They are internal states of being, developed through awareness, understanding, practise and time.

Working with me, you will create the internal conditions to develop and grow these states of being, so they can come to you naturally over time.

A Different Kind Of Transformation.

True change does not happen on the surface. Strength develops invisibly, beneath it, first.

You will begin to notice it in the small moments.

The moments in which you remain grounded rather than becoming overwhelmed. In the moments when you honour your needs, hold your boundaries and trust your instincts without doubting yourself.

You may reflect from time to time and realise you enjoyed being present in a normal moment, you set a boundary and it felt good. Or you no longer become anxious in response to a previous triggering stimuli. You may do something with ease and where once it felt so heavy., it now feel that light.

In these moments you come home to yourself. This is where clarity grows, the past looses its grip and a different way of being begins to take shape.

You will discover emotional freedom & be supported from within, no longer requiring external validation or permission to make choices for yourself.

You will show up in the world feeling more confident & empowered, ready to take up more space & own it.

This is when you will realise you are transforming into the person you were always meant to be.
