The Four-Part Reset works on all four parts as one connected system.
We start with what you need most — the difficult conversation next week, the voice in your head that's loudest right now, the boundary that keeps collapsing. Each part is a portable tool you learn, practise, and keep.
Interrupt the voice in your head. Stop the replay loop before it costs you another evening.
Specific techniques for the moments that throw you — usable in the room, in the conversation, in real time.
Meet the parts that learned to freeze, please, or perform. Give them new jobs.
Not boundaries you announce and collapse on. Boundaries that stay in your body when they're pushed.

Most therapy and coaching focuses on understanding why — and stops there. That's why you can explain your reactions and still have them, even though you don't want to.
To change how you react, you have to retrain how your nervous system responds, not just understand it.
The Four Part Reset targets the response, not just the story.
The techniques that do this are drawn from three established approaches: inner child work; nervous system regulation; thought and behaviour change. All grounded in cognitive psychology.
Together they give you structured ways to respond differently. Each time you do, your nervous system builds stronger, healthier pathways. Over time, those new pathways become the automatic ones. The old reactions dissipate. Situations that used to throw you no longer will.
This is the work the Four-Part Reset does.
The change is in what you do differently and the point it that you don't need to keep coming back to coaching. You leave with what you came for.
That's why this approach works. When other approaches haven't.
One hour a week. Real techniques. Practical change.
The format.
Weekly 60-minute sessions, online. Six- or twelve-session blocks. We meet at the same time each week so the work has rhythm — which is part of how the techniques become yours.
Your Coaching plan.
We'll start wherever you are. We'll identify your goals and build a coaching plan to move you towards them, at a pace right for you.
Inside each session.
Structured sessions align with the ICF coaching framework. Each session focuses on a topic you bring, ideally aligned to your coaching plan. Through exploration, we'll discover what needs to change to move you forwards. We'll identify a Four Part Reset technique to enable the change and you'll practise it with me in session, until you can use it on your own.
Between sessions.
You'll have access to me via voice note between sessions. So when something comes up — the call you're dreading on Thursday, the boundary that just collapsed, the wave of panic before a difficult meeting — you're not waiting a week to talk it through. We work in real time, when the moments are still live.
By the end of your coaching.
You will leave with a new sense of inner safety, confidence and self-assurance. And equipped with your own toolkit of techniques to continue using for future situations you wish to tackle.

Both blocks include weekly 60-minute sessions and voice note support between sessions.
