I joined Micael O'Kane on the Brainz Magazine podcast to talk about boundaries, why so many of us struggle to hold them, what's happening in the nervous system when they collapse and what it actually takes to hold a boundary in the moments it matters most.

I work one to one, online, in weekly 60-minute sessions. Sessions can be bought in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions at a time.
I provide voice note support between sessions. So when something comes up, the dreaded call, the boundary that just collapsed, the conversation you're still replaying, you're not waiting a week to work through it. I will support between sessions.
The coaching is led by what you need most. We start where you are. My method, The Four-Part Reset, is built around four parts, each one a portable tool you will learn, practise and keep. By the end you have a full toolkit, not a feeling that something shifted.
I built Breathe Again Coaching because I lived this work before I taught it.
I'd read the books. Done the therapy. Named the patterns. And in the moments that mattered, my body still froze, the same conversations still looped in my head, and the voice in my head still spiralled. The same exhaustion still lurked beneath the surface.
What I'd been told would work hadn't fully worked. Not because the people teaching it were wrong, they weren't. But because all of the understanding I gained still left me freezing, replaying and exhausted.
When it did start to change, it wasn't from understanding more. It was from learning specific techniques that retrained the response itself.
Inner child work. Nervous system regulation. Practical techniques to interrupt and change the thought and behaviour loops that had been running on autopilot for decades.
That's the work I do now with women who understand why they feel the way they do and want to feel different.
