I do things differently.
The 4 Part Reset works on all four parts as one connected system.
I combine understanding, with inner child work, somatic and breathwork and planning how you will move forwards feeling clear, calm and confident, all rooted from the internal safety you will build.
We start with what you need most. And move at a pace that's right for you. The difficult conversation next week, the voice in your head that's loudest right now, the boundary that keeps collapsing. Each part is a portable tool you learn, practise, and keep.

Learn specific techniques for the moments that throw you, that are usable in the room, in the conversation, in real time.

Most therapy and coaching focuses on understanding why and stops there.
That's why you can explain your reactions, but you haven't been able to change them.
To change how you react, you have to retrain how your nervous system responds.
The Four Part Reset targets the response, not just the story. The techniques that do this are drawn from three established approaches, grounded in cognitive psychology and provide you with structured ways to respond differently.
Inner child work.
Nervous system regulation.
Thought and behaviour change.
Doing this work allows your nervous system to build stronger, healthier pathways. Over time, those new pathways become the automatic ones. The old reactions will reduce and you will gain control of how you feel and respond.
The change is in what you do differently.
And the point is that you don't need to keep coming back to coaching. You leave with what you came for.
That's why this approach works when other approaches haven't.
What I Offer.
I offer two transformation coaching packages, that include between session voice note support and exercises to help you install changes.
My transformation coaching focuses on enabling you to understand the deeper patterns underlying your anxiety, your inner voice and how you hold boundaries. The journey and sessions are structured and practical and teach you real techniques you can apply in real life situations.
You won't just come to sessions to talk through where you want to get to and how you want to get there.
You make internal shifts and learn and practise actual techniques that enable change to take place.
You will undo the unhelpful patterns that no longer serve you and re-write new, more helpful patterns that will help you to live and feel better for the future.
Your coaching plan.
We'll start wherever you are. We'll identify your goals and build a coaching plan to move you towards them, at a pace right for you.
You coaching plan is made up of small steps that when accumulated enable you to have reached your overall coaching goal. It's ok if you don't know exactly what your goal is right now. We can work on that together.
We will tackle one small step at a time, allowing you the space and time you need to work through it. This coaching is all about you and going at the pace that's right for you.
Between sessions.
You'll have access to me via voice note between sessions. So when something comes up — the call you're dreading on Thursday, the boundary that just collapsed, the wave of panic before a difficult meeting — you're not waiting a week to talk it through. We work in real time, when the moments are still live.
By the end of your coaching.
You will leave with your own toolkit of techniques and the confidence to keep using them in any situation.

We will only work together when I'm confident the method will work for you. The clarity call is where we find that out together. If I don't think this coaching is right for you, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better. You'll only get an offer to work together if it's a genuine fit.
